Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders within India are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of the order date. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location, though remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India, unless stated otherwise at checkout for specific promotions or order values. Any applicable shipping charges will always be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
How We Pack Your Order
Every order is folded and packed with care in tamper-evident polybags or boxes to keep your garments clean, wrinkle-free and protected in transit. Multi-item orders may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels for faster delivery — you won't pay extra for split shipments.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available, they'll typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to events outside our control — such as weather, regional restrictions, or courier network disruptions. If this happens, we'll keep you updated and do our best to minimise the delay.
